Spread across 6 floors, the apartment building focuses on ensuring ample open spaces, natural light & ventilation through the various fenestrations and skylights. Planned sequentially, all the common spaces line up to the balcony to give flexibility and grandness to the dwelling unit. The basement is envisioned as a commercial space and hence cut-outs are provided to ensure a large designated open space.

 

The top cantilever aims at making a statement and also harnesses the top floors from the harsh Delhi sun. The MS fillet corners are added to make the façade look more dynamic and dramatic.
