Amidst the scaling labyrinth of concrete towers reaching into the urban skyline of Gurgaon dwells a workspace that channels communal warmth dovetailed by optimized pragmatism. Headquartered within one of the country’s most teeming FinTech hubs, the office is inhabited by the team at SocialBoat, a young start-up revolutionizing the future of fitness entwined with technology.

Approached through significantly deep and light-deprived circuitous corridors of the commercial tower, the ethos at the office was envisioned to be the antithesis of the site’s immediate context and nature. Shy of just 1,000 square feet in its expanse, the relatively compact floor plate was regarded with a design scheme that exhaustively optimized every inch of available real estate at hand.
